On April 14th Richard Farquhar completed the final leg from Huntingdon to Newmarket of Walking The Courses, his project that saw him walk 2,910 miles linking all 60 of Britain's racecourses, in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK and Racing Welfare.
To complete and celebrate the project the "Final Flight" Ball is being held in London on May 19th. This event will be attended by several hundred people, including many notable figures from the racing world, City professionals and other distinguished guests and promises to be an unforgettable and star-studded evening.
