Motakhayyel Newmarket July Meeting
Having won at Royal Ascot last month on his seasonal debut MOTAKHAYYEL improved again to land the Bunbury Cup (a heritage handicap) at Newmarket's July course on Saturday. Having travelled strongly throughout the seven furlong contest he quickened clear at the two pole and won comfortably by three parts of a length under Jim Crowley. He has now won five of his seven starts and is maturing into a very smart horse.
BILLESDON BROOK ran an absolute blinder in the Group 1 Falmouth Stakes on Friday to finish second by a neck. She really has cemented herself as a top class filly running consistently well at the highest level.
