One of the toughest fillies in training got her well deserved stakes win on Friday as SYMPHONY PERFECT landed the Listed Bosra Sham Stakes under Hayley Turner, who gets such a good tune out of her. She has been a stable star this year with gallant runs in valuable sales races behind the likes of Gubbass, Chipotle and Harrow, some of the best two-year-olds on the circuit, and this win at Newmarket was a testament to her attitude and ability, as she put the race to bed a long way out versus some very smart opposition.
Also, it marks a day for the history books as this is the first Richard Hannon-trained stakes winner for owners Amo Racing, who have enjoyed a cracking season, not least due to the exploits of their flagbearer Mojo Star.
