A busy week of selling horses at Tattersalls has come to a close with horses making some good money. There have been a few winners of note with FAST AND HOT winning well at Kempton in the middle of the week, struggling to get much of a gap but he stayed on well late on. The others included GEORGE WILLIAM, MUTAWATHEB, WHIP NAE NAE and FLEETING MOTION. The last one of those is a filly by Sepoy who won well on her second start at Doncaster and looks a filly to look forward to next year.
Tomorrows runners all come from Newmarket and that includes four runners in Listed races. ESTIDHKAAR and KOOL KOMPANY take their place in the Listed Ben Marshall Stakes over a mile. ‘I was very happy with both their comeback runs and they both needed it desperately. Estidhkaar is stepping up to the mile and if he relaxes I can see him going very close here. That will give us a good guide for next year. Kool Kompany looks a bit up against it here but he is in good form and if he can sneak in the first four then he may be a horse to head out to Dubai with.’ The other race is the Montrose Fillies Stakes again over a mile. ‘PEAK PRINCESS hated the ground at Newbury and should be much happier here. She is a nice filly who should be able to get into the first three. BILLESDON BESS was impressive on debut and she couldn’t have done any more than win. She has a little chance and tomorrow will give us a good guide as to where we are at.’
