A nice winner at Newmarket on Saturday from just three runners. EUGINIO managed to bag his first Group race in the Darley Stakes. He was ridden in behind runners and took a while to get the gaps. He charged home once he saw daylight and won well in the end. ‘He has been a very good horse for us and he suits being ridden that way. Hayley got him into a lovely rhythm and once he got daylight he stuck on really well. He seems to be getting better with age and so we can have a look what options are coming up in the next month.’
Toda'ys action comes from Yarmouth and Kempton after Windsor was abandoned.
