We were pleased to see the lovely MUMMY BEAR get her head in front at Kempton on Wednesday evening. Due to various setbacks, she has been lightly raced despite being a small and compact type. Stepping into a handicap for the first time we were confident of a good run. Given a lovely ride by Rossa Ryan she settled in midfield and travelled strongly into the race, when asked for an effort with a furlong to run she geared up nicely and won by a comfortable length. We will have plenty of fun with her over the summer on quick ground!
Many congratulations to her very patient owner Lord Vincent Caldwell.
