At the ninth time of trying the very consistent VICTORIOUS NIGHT finally got off to the mark for Middleham Park Racing. Given a positive ride by young Liam Browne he travelled well on the front end and cruised into the lead with two furlongs to run. When asked for an effort he stretched away to win comfortably by nearly three lengths. He is a horse that has always worked well at home but can be a bit buzzy and keen in his races. He has learnt to settle much better now which has brought about improvement. He should come on again for this success and we look forward to finding the next contest for this Night of Thunder colt.
